Mount Murray is an 18 hole championship golf course, and a great place to play if you are a fan of golf visiting the Isle of Man.
As well as the course itself, which offers a real challenge to players of all levels the Mount Murray Golf Club also has the biggest pro golf shop on the Isle of Man. This is run by PGA Professional Allyn Laing who also offers training and private sessions through the club. If you are traveling by ferry be sure to leave some space in the car coming over to stock up on extras when you go back.
If you want to get some practice in but possibly don't have time for a full round, Mount Murray has the only floodlit 24 bay driving range on the Island. Even when the weather is bad you can keep playing as 12 of the bays are covered.
The clubhouse also has plenty to keep you entertained when not playing golf with a snooker room open to non-members and a lounge bar offering food and Sunday lunch.
