Southern 100 2026 6th - 9th July

The Southern 100 is one of the premier motorcycle road racing events held annually on the Isle of Man. First run in 1955, it has grown from a small local meeting into a major international fixture, attracting some of the best riders and sidecar crews from across the globe. The races take place every July on the 4.25-mile Billown Course near Castletown, a fast and flowing public road circuit known for its high-speed sections and close racing.

Often referred to as "the friendly races," the Southern 100 offers a more accessible and intimate atmosphere than some larger events, while still delivering top-level competition. The event includes multiple classes such as Superbikes, Supersport 600cc, 650cc Supertwin, 250cc and Sidecars ensuring a diverse and thrilling program across four days of racing.

Legends such as Joey Dunlop, Phil Read, and Ian Lougher have raced here, and the event continues to feature top contemporary names like Michael Dunlop, Dean Harrison Davy Todd and the Crowe brothers.

With the support of the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company and a unique open-air prize ceremony in Castletown Square, the Southern 100 has cemented its place as a fan-favorite on the international road racing calendar.
