Geocaching is a new and popular activity on the Isle of Man which will give you the chance to see and explore the incredible Manx countryside while taking part.
Manx geocaching is the home of Geocaching on the Isle of Man and offers a range of information covering taking part during your visit. One notable walk that they recommend and assist in, in particular is the Millennium Way Geotrail.
Covering the Island and based on the ancient "Via Regia" or Royal Way used by ancient Kings of Man to travel from Ramsey to Castletown, the route has 46 geocaches along the way. While an experienced hiker could finish the route in a day it can also be split into several sections allowing you to take a more leisurely approach and really enjoy the views over the Island.
Manx Geocaching also offer a range of products through their website including limited edition geocoins. These are designed to be trackable and are a key part of the geocaching community.
