Ballaterson Cottages are situated just outside the village of Ballaugh. They are a short distance from the Ballaugh Curraghs, and the Currraghs Wildlife Park and are ideally located for walkers, cyclists and bikers
The cottages consist of 2 x one bedroomed cottages and 1 x two bedroomed cottage. Each cottage has its own private parking space, and outside seating area with views of the garden and mountains beyond. The two bedroom cottage has its on private patio and garden.
The village of Ballaugh is 1.5 miles away and has a shop providing all supplies and includes a post office. The nearby pub provides great food, and Ramsey town is nearby.
Cottage 1
The cottage sleeps two persons, and consists of a 5ft bed, plenty of storage space, with wardrobe and chest of drawers, an off suite bathroom with bath, and overhead shower and toilet.
The lounge has a dining table, settee storage cupboard and a flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven and hob, washing machine, fridge and microwave. Other facilities include Tea / coffee making facilities, DVD/radio, books/tourist information pack, Iron / Ironing Board and a hairdryer. There is a patio area with table/chairs, in a lovely garden setting. Private parking is available with one space. Additional parking is available alongside the driveway.
Cottage 2
Cottage 2 sleeps two in either a king or or a twin bed, and has all the facilities of the above.
A single fold up bed can be provided for a child/teenager. (additional cost).
Cottage 3
The two bedroom cottage consists of one double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
The cottage has an open plan lounge and a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer, oven and hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, dining table and chairs and a large settee.
The bathroom consists of a bath and separate shower facilities, toilet and wash-hand basin.
Private patio with outdoor seating area, and further extensive gardens with further seating area, ideal for children’s games.
Additional Information
A picnic rucksack complete with a picnic set and blanket is available.
No pets are allowed during May - August, however out of season the owners will consider.
There is no WiFi in the cottages, but is available in the main house situated next to the cottages. Outside the main house is a guest seating area where users can log on.
