Walking in the Isle of Man
Looking for somewhere special to explore? From shell beaches and rugged cliff lines to rolling hills and glens homed to fairies, the Isle of Man has it all. The island provides a real feeling of remoteness to those who don't often get to escape the hustle of everyday life.
The Island can be explored easily by foot. There are plenty of self guided trails and family trails (for little explorers), or you can book an experienced Manx guide to ensure you make the most of your time on the island. Please call our team on 01624 654654 to arrange your personal tour!
Whatever you choose to do, you won't fail to be captured by the stunning Isle of Man. Book your break today!
Details
You can even walk the entire island via the Raad Ny Foillan (Way of the Gull) coastal path. This is a challenging 100 mile walk which can be split into more manageable sections if you are looking to take on the Manx 'traa dy liooar' way and enjoy the views.
Or, walk the whole length of the island via the Millenium Way. The path runs straight through the heart of the island, starting in Ramsey town (North) and finishing in Castletown (South). This path was established in 1979 to celebrate the 1000th anniversary of the island's parliament, Tynwald.
