The Strand Shopping Centre on the Isle of Man is centrally located in Douglas and makes a great part of visiting the Island's capital on your holiday.
After a trip on the Manx Steam Railway and visiting the Manx Museum you and your family may want to do a spot of shopping during your visit. Based on Strand Street and open 7 days a week the Strand has a range of shops to keep you busy.
In addition to the shops there is free WiFi throughout the public mall so you can get online to post some pictures of your holiday.
After your shopping is finished you are centrally located if you want to continue your time in Douglas shopping, or you could always hop on the Manx Electric Railway to Laxey where you could visit the Laxey Woollen Mills to pick up some traditional Manx Laxey Tartan to take home.
